Circuit – Interval Training at Destin Community Center

You won’t be bored when you do circuit training. This workout gets your heart rate up and strengthens your muscles at the same time. You’ll move quickly through exercise stations to work different muscle groups with little to no rest between stations. Each station has a different exercise.

Class Detail

Go back to the start of the fitness craze with our Step N Sculpt class! Designed for all levels, from beginner to advanced.  Start with a little basic step for cardio, throw in some toning and you are all set to look spectacular! Combination of cardio and toning. The class consists of different combination moves of cardio,  and then we come down off the step for toning.
