Boot Camp
Bursts of intense activity are alternated with intervals of lighter activity in this functional, interval class that mixes calisthenics, strength, body weight exercises, speed, agility, and fun!! All workouts can be modified up or down. So grab your water bottle, a towel, and enjoy your workout!
AQUA FIT
A fun and refreshing class for all ages that will strengthen your entire body! Using water resistance in a variety of movements, Aqua Fit offers endurance and resistance training for all levels. So whether you are a beginner or an avid fitness enthusiast, this aquatic adventure is for you!
KETTLE BELL FITNESS
Kettlebells have been used as a training tool since the early 1700’s gaining widespread popularity in main stream fitness in 2000 and continuing through today. We will help you master the hip drive, swing, clean and press, and snatch, all the way through the more complex exercises such as the windmill and Turkish Get-up. Develop full body strength, stability, and appropriate range of motion all while using the kettlebell.

Group Blast@ is 55 minutes of cardio training that uses The STEP® in highly effective, athletic ways. It will get your heart pounding and sweat pouring as you improve your fitness, agility, coordination, and strength with exciting music and group energy.
